The specific educational and charitable purposes for which this corporation is organized are to obtain and preserve the words and images of women in order to create a body of work that encourages understanding of women in our society. The efforts of this foundation will be aimed at education toward understanding, and representation/voice for the stories, legacies and imprints of women through photography, writing, publications, lectures and other avenues."
