Tell me how I can share
my story.

Her Legacies Foundation was established to find, preserve, disseminate and celebrate women's stories and the images they inspire through Woman: Imprints, Legacies & Tales, and other activities.

"I always thought that my work in the church would be my legacy; perhaps, it is your project" Nell

"I guess I feel compelled to share the story because I know there are many women out there who may be in a similar situation and feel hopeless as I have felt many times. Maybe some woman's life can change after hearing my story and she can see that she was created with tremendous value and that her very existence does indeed have a very important purpose.....I always thought that telling my story would make even Ghandi want to kill himself. But I am learning that I have the power to heal these wounds." Katherine

"As a therapist, I have listened to many stories and believe that if a person can find a deeper story to tell, one less familiar and worn, less useful in maintaining the status quo, then something might happen that we call change." Thomas Moore in Re-enchantment of Daily Life

"It has led me to believe that what is most personal and unique in each of us is probably the element which would, if it were shared or expressed, speak most deeply to others." Carl Rogers in On Becoming a Person

"If it isn't obvious, most of what I write about is fleeting thoughts and images from occurances (sic) and experiences that heavily impact my life and how it is lived...including childhood abuses, overcoming drug, alcohol, food addiction and looking for deeper meaning to my life and experience in the place that I am currently at (NOW). Hope that helps some. Hope what I sent can be helpful..." Becky

"When we share, we learn; when we listen, we understand; and when we preserve, we affect change." Dion McInnis
